Summer Internships at ESI
Applicants should possess a good work ethic, have the ability to work in harsh outdoor conditions, exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and be available to travel.
Summer internship openings are normally available in the following divisions:
- Archaeology
- Ecology
- Forestry
- Hazardous Materials
- Soils
- Water And Riverine Systems
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have the ability to pass drug or alcohol screening and must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Qualified candidates must also be a student in good standing at an accredited 4-year institution and completed courses in at least one of the following subjects:
- Plant identification, dendrology, Natural resource sampling
- Silviculture, Intro to wildlife ecology, or wildlife management
- Intro to Archaeology
- Intro to Anthropology
- Environmental Geology
- Geo Chemistry
- Intro to Soil Science
